  • Welded Assemblies

    We offer production and delivery of welded parts according to specific customer requirements. We work with common and special materials and use modern welding methods such as MIG, MAG, and TIG. Our production capacities allow processing of more complex components. We also provide additional services such as cutting of semi-finished products, blasting, and painting of welded assemblies in RAL shades, guaranteeing quality and aesthetic appearance of the final product. Each welded assembly is inspected to achieve maximum reliability and long service life.

  • Machining

    We offer professional machining of parts of various sizes with high precision. We perform boring, turning (diameters up to 850 mm and length up to 4000 mm), and roughing as well as final machining. Our CNC milling machines work with clamping surfaces up to 2200x1800 mm, allowing us to machine even larger parts. Thanks to advanced technologies and experienced specialists, we can ensure machining with high precision and fast delivery time, whether for one-time orders or series production.

  • Heat Treatment

    We perform a wide range of heat treatment processes for metal materials, including carburizing, nitriding, and hardening. These processes significantly improve the mechanical properties of the material, such as hardness and wear resistance. We optimize heat treatment based on specific customer requirements. Services also include material refinement to increase its resistance in demanding operating conditions. As part of the delivery of machine parts, we provide a comprehensive approach to heat treatment, leading to extended component service life.

  • Gear Production

    We specialize in the production of various types of geared parts and splined shafts.
