What Personal Data We Process
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email, phone, company (if provided).
- Communication content: data provided in the "Contact" form or email communication.
- Technical and operational data: IP address, server logs, and necessary cookies to ensure website functionality.
- Analytics data: aggregated visitor statistics (if analytics cookies are enabled).
Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data primarily for the following purposes and on these legal bases according to Art. 6 GDPR:
- Handling inquiries and communication with you (legitimate interest / contract performance): processing data from contact forms and emails to respond and arrange further cooperation.
- Fulfilling legal obligations: accounting and tax records, archiving legally required documents.
- Legitimate interest: website security, abuse prevention, internal records and statistics to a reasonable extent.
- Data subject consent: sending commercial communications or using analytics/marketing cookies only if you give consent.
Data Retention Period
We retain data for the period necessary to fulfill the above purposes, or for the period stipulated by legal regulations. Typically:
- inquiry communication: for the duration of cooperation negotiations and no longer than 12 months from the last contact,
- accounting and tax documents: according to statutory periods (usually 5–10 years),
- cookies: according to type and settings, see Cookie Policy.
Recipients and Processors
Personal data may be shared to the necessary extent with trusted IT service providers (hosting, email), accountants or tax advisors, and other entities if necessary to fulfill our obligations. All processors have concluded processing agreements and comply with personal data protection.

- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless there are legal grounds for further processing,
- right to restriction of processing and right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- right to data portability, if processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out automatically,
- right to withdraw consent at any time, if processing is based on consent,
- right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
